About The Navasota River Hall
Navasota River Hall is a uniquely designed, multi-level venue offering a warm, cedar-accented atmosphere ideal for weddings, corporate events, concerts, and community gatherings. Rental of the hall grants you full access from 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM and includes use of all indoor and outdoor event areas, including themed spaces such as the Owl’s Loft, Halflingers Bar, and Bull Pen. This one-of-a-kind space features handcrafted cedar tables, a spacious dance area, multiple lounge sections, and flexible seating arrangements across various rooms and levels of the venue.
Included in your rental are numerous cedar dining and cocktail tables, benches, rockers, picnic tables, and a wide selection of indoor and outdoor chairs to accommodate up to 225 guests inside and 100 outside. A seating chart is required seven days prior to the event to assist with layout planning. Additional tables are available upon request for a small fee. The kitchen may be used for food prep, but all cooking must be completed off-site.
The Navasota River Hall rental fee is $5,500 for Saturday, $5,000 for Friday, and $4,000 for Sunday through Thursday bookings.
